I will share my healthy habits for free. Even if you hand out a guide to good health I would estimate only about 10% of the people would even consider trying anything in it. Half of those trying would try a few things for a couple days and then give up being very convinced it didn't make a difference.

What I consider minimum for Daily supplements B-50 complex 500 mg Vitamin C 2000 IU Vitamin D For October through March, I get enough sun April through September 400 IU Natural Vitamin E 100 mcg selenium 2.5 oz Carrot for Vitamin A and fiber Tea I take extra Vitamin C up to 2 grams a day when I am doing a lot of exercise. I take extra Vitamin D sometimes too in the winter Sometimes take 200 mcg Selenium What I take 2 to 3 times times a week odorless garlic 100 mcg Chromium Resveratrol Kelp for Iodine 3 mg Boron A to Z multivitamin 400 mg Magnesium 25 mg Zinc 800 mg Quercetin helps allergies Other supplements I sometimes take which are often recommended Calcium Curcumin EGCG green tea extract Fish Oil Supplements are a deep rabbit hole. There are many. Every guru has different opinions on what and how much to take. What I am doing seems to work for me. One thing I noticed is changes do not always happen rapidly. You may have to take things a month to notice improvement. Once you get the right nutrients your condition may keep improving for years.
My favorite brand for supplements is Now Foods, but sometimes I go for the cheapest. I mostly purchase at vitacost.com or Amazon.

Here's all my wisdom boiled down to a koan.
Life is short. Enjoy it, but try not to kill too many ants. They will remember you.
