What I consider minimum for Daily supplements
B-50 complex 500 mg Vitamin C 2000 IU Vitamin D For October through March, I get enough sun April through September 400 IU Natural Vitamin E 100 mcg selenium 2.5 oz Carrot for Vitamin A and fiber Tea
I take extra Vitamin C up to 2 grams a day when I am doing a lot of exercise. I take extra Vitamin D sometimes too in the winter Sometimes take 200 mcg Selenium

We've all seen the stunning beauty *ack* of London london is shit stayed in the city for concert only left for Henley after the weekend a day in London and get me outta there Henley is v relaxing and picturesque The old untouched architecture of smaller towns is kinda cool.
