My muscles feel stronger than normal. I have not been lifting weights. I should go lift some weights as a test. May be my feeling is just an illusion.

I have added some more inositol and folic acid to my supplements. Also started taking fish oil again.

who knows, there are so many variables it is difficult determine what could cause changes.

This is why some guy takes 150 supplements a day. Shot gun approach. Can't miss.
