It's best to grow your own and can it. I've been considering buying tobacco seed to grow next year after seeing some of the latest studies indicating nicotine breaks down the nano-vaccine structures in the body.

What do you recommend for sore tense back and leg muscles? I recommend the same thing for everything. See the basic nutrition at the beginning of the thread. But vitamin C, D, and magnesium are good for muscles.
For general health Avoid
Sugar / HFCS White flour Vegetable oil
It's not because these ingredients are toxic, it's because the nutrition has been stripped out.

did I mention protein?
I believe most gurus recommend 0.7 to 1.0 grams per pound of body weight.
for me at 160 pounds thats 0.7g x 160 = 112 grams.
Meat and cheese are about 1/4 protein, so that equal 448 grams or about 1 pound of meat and cheese per day. Eggs count too. I do not try to be exact, the body is flexible

Technically, life should not exist. It's too complicated.
