he is working w two firemen, they are evacuating disabled people to shelters
I've taken the awnings down and picked up items from backyard. Stashing ice...
we'll watch and wait
if it lands just 10 miles south of us we're in the clear

I am getting worried again. Good, this is going to be almost as bad as Katrina, the main difference being New Orleans is/was far more ghetto. |

I didn't hear strat leave this morning, sometime before 6
last night he didn't return home until 9pm
he was v unhappy w nurses taking too long checking people in at shelters
he enjoyed working with the firemen. he said they are special people!!!!1
I just watched the 8am update
I'm most worried about flying debris from all piles left over from Helene, is too much
I think i'm safe from the storm surge, i'm just over the predicted edge at 15ft
I have a double roof believe it or not!11 lucky me. and I also have hurricane clips on the roof
my mother is not, she is zone A
she'll stay w me or i'll send her a few miles inland
about to wake kiddo up and i'm taking her to the beach for a final powwow w milton
then we'll go help move mom's sculptures and fill more sandbags
